The Antique Race Boat Regatta was in Clayton and the motorheads were in rare form. Check out the hydroplanes and Apache II, who seemed to jump right out of the water.

The Antique Boat Show was not as well attended as in past years. The lack of larger boats at the town dock was unusual, but there was still lots of activity.

John B. Aird, a Canadian self unloader, built in 1983 recently passed through the channel. This Algoma laker was carrying iron ore from Quebec destined for Chicago.
