Thanks that was a great read. I can't believe it myself, but my wife and I will have been married 10 years next month. We met in Italy, and had some amazing shrimp salad in this little cafe in Rome. I've been looking all over the net for a decent sounding recipe to see if I can't make something myself, and I even found a shrimp salad recipes site dedicated to them!

Any dressing will work with this salad, but then it might not taste Asian.

Du’h just saw the dressing reference. I was thinking of an easy one I can make. As a liveaboard I’m trying to cut down on the bottles of dressings and such.

Hi there. Do you have a special dressing for the Asian Salad? I love whole meal salads on the boat in the summer!
